A deliciously fresh & fruity Rosé, with notes of strawberry, citrus and subtle tropical flavours. A touch of Pinotage Rosé gives this wine its elegant and distinctive pale pink hue.

History: Sourced from Vineyards at the tip of South Africa, Influenced by the coastal climate surrounding the Cape of Storms, these Sauvignon Blanc Grapes benefit from a long and gentle ripening season.
Regional information: Forming the core of the South African wine industry, the Coastal Region is located in the Western Cape, and accounts for half of the vineyard area in South Africa.
Vinification: The grapes are crushed and settled then fermented between 12-15 degrees Celsius in stainless steel tanks. The wine then has lees contact for 3-6 months before export.
