Our juicy apricots are grown in the sunny Euphrates valley, near Malatya in Turkey, on one of the first organic farming projects we got involved with. You could say that this means we've got a real soft spot for them. Dried in the traditional way under the hot sun, without using sulphur dioxide as a preservative, they have a rich, intense flavour and a lovely naturally dark colour.

Yes, they are brown. No, there is nothing wrong with them. In fact, there is something very right with them! Unlike most supermarket apricots they have no sulphur dioxide preservatives in them. This means they are 100% organic, delightfully juicy, and perfectly dark. Apricots as they should be.
